Privacy Notice

Last updated: 14 August 2026

This notice explains what happens to the information you give us through this website. It is written in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, please ask us and we will explain it.

What we collect

If you fill in the Request an Appointment form, we collect the details you type into it: your name, your email address, your mobile number, and whatever you write in the message box. If you describe a health problem in that message, we hold that too.

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to count page visits and successful appointment requests, and to understand which pages are useful. Google Analytics may store analytics cookies on your device. Advertising storage, ad personalisation and Google Signals are disabled. We send the page address without its query string and do not send the contents of the appointment-request form, names, email addresses, phone numbers or health information to Google Analytics.

This website also uses Microsoft Clarity to help us understand, in aggregate, how visitors use pages and where they may have difficulty. Clarity may collect technical and interaction information, such as device and browser information, pages viewed, scrolling and clicks. We do not send form entries, contact details or health information to Clarity: every website form is explicitly masked before Clarity loads.

The site also uses Google Fonts and includes content provided by Google Maps and YouTube. When your browser connects to Google services, technical information such as your IP address, device information and the page being visited may be sent to Google under Google's own privacy terms.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to your enquiry, answer your question, and arrange an appointment if you want one. We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell or share them with anyone outside the clinic.

Where it goes

When you submit the form, your details are emailed to the clinic and a copy is kept as a backup record. Access is limited to clinic staff. We do not publish enquiries and we do not link to them from anywhere on this website.

Information sent through the enquiry form is not sent to Google Analytics, Google Maps, YouTube or advertising services by the form. Visiting pages can still connect your browser to the third-party services described above.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to deal with your query and to maintain a record of your care. If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, tell us and we will remove it.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to:

  • tell you what information about you we hold;
  • correct anything that is wrong;
  • delete your enquiry from our records;
  • stop contacting you.

We will act on any of these without charge. There is no form to fill in — a phone call or an email is enough.

Keeping it safe

This website is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection. Access to enquiries is limited to clinic staff who need it. No system is perfect, so please do not send us sensitive medical details, identity documents or payment information through the website form — bring those to the clinic or discuss them by phone instead.

Children

We treat children at the clinic, but the website form should be completed by a parent or guardian rather than by the child.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
